This is one of the best helper agencies I have experienced in many years of engaging helpers. Pei Yu called me up to have a simple job brief call to understand my requirements initially - something that not many agencies do these days. Chloe and May then got in touch with me shortly and provided good profiles. They provided an excellent service in helping me with the translation throughout the calls. Despite the long interviews I conducted with their helpers, they have maintained very high professionalism and patience throughout the journey I had with them in looking for a helper. Although the helper I decided to hire eventually backed out, which is not within their control, they have also been very helpful in following up and surfacing more profiles. Previously was engaging with another maid agency, however the agent has MIA from us due to our requirement for helper. We end up with Teo Express and the agent Ms.Chloe was very patience and helpful. Within 2 weeks we manage to find a helper from the agency. Everything was quick and smooth. Helper has now work for us for almost 6 months and still performing well and most importantly having a positive attitude. Highly recommended.

As a first time maid employer, it was a relatively challenging ordeal to try to identify trustworthy and helpful EAs that could assist professionally with the maid selection and hiring process. It was extremely fortunate that I chanced upon Teo Express. Having gone through a few EAs in my quest for FDW employment, what stood out in Teo Express was the clarity and transparency on the pricing and contractual terms. A special shout-out too for Chloe, who was patient and meticulous in clarifying the finer points of the FDW hiring processes and policies. More importantly, her genuine concern in seeking to understand the specific attributes needed in the FDW candidates, helped us greatly in the FDW selection process.
